Going into The Real Housewives of Potomac Season 11, Tia Glover was immediately blindsided with accusations that her husband, Rob Glover, had been on dating apps for the past year.

Prior to filming, fellow RHOP cast member Ashley Darby publicly dropped some not-so-subtle hints that Tia had “some stuff that’s brewing in the streets” involving her husband. Tia did not get more specific details, however, until Stacey Rusch brought the claim to her attention on camera.
As Stacey revealed during her and Tia’s sit-down with Wendy Osefo in Episode 1, she and some of the other women had been receiving “messages that seem to prove that your husband has been on dating sites,” including photos of a verified account that allegedly belonged to him. What’s more, Stacey said that Rob was supposedly using his real name and presenting himself to be single.
“I’m like a deer stuck in headlights. I’m kind of caught off guard,” Tia admitted in a confessional from RHOP‘s Oct. 11 episode. “From what I knew, things between Rob and I are fine. That was unexpected for me.”

Who is Tia Glover’s husband, Rob Glover?
Tia’s husband, Rob, who works as a finance executive, grew up on the South Side of Chicago, she previously shared during RHOP Season 10. Providing more specific details about Rob’s career, Tia added that he “does sales and acquisitions for a massive aeronautical company,” also describing him as a “nerd.”Â
The Glovers previously lived in several major cities around the United States, before ultimately settling down in the DMV area with their family in September 2020.
When did Tia Glover get married to Rob Glover?
Tia said that she first met Rob in 1999, and as of early 2026, they had been married for 17 years.

Do Tia Glover and Rob Glover have kids?
Yes, Tia and Rob are parents to four children: Ava-Siena, 18, Lexi, 15, and 12-year-old twins Nathaniel and Amaris.
Previously on Season 10 of RHOP, Tia described how her and Rob’s disparate upbringings had affected their parenting roles. Because she had a cook, driver, and steward during her early life as a Nigerian princess, Tia said that she had no desire to run “errands” for her children, such as driving them to the mall, now. That’s why she had joked with Gizelle Bryant that Rob was their children’s “chauffeur” and “nanny.”
“Even now, years on, we’ve been a good balance for each other,” Tia added in a Season 10 confessional.
Was Tia’s husband, Rob, really on a dating app?
Yes. During the RHOP premiere, Tia updated Stacey and Wendy that she had confronted Rob with the dating app accusations, and he admitted that the rumors were true. “I waited until I put the twins down, and I asked him, I said, ‘Are you on dating apps?'” Tia recounted to the duo. “And he paused, and he said, ‘Yeah.'”
Is Tia Glover still with Rob Glover?
Yes, Tia and Rob are still together today, as she revealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that was uploaded on Oct. 8. “Yes, we’re sleeping in the same bed, and he’s still in the home,” Tia said, noting that she and Rob are also “still navigating” their marital issues that arose on RHOP Season 11, however.
“For your husband to be on a dating app, clearly everything’s not right at home,” Tia told the outlet. “If it were just us and a cat, navigation would be a lot easier. But we’ve built a family together, we’ve built a life together, so it impacts us all. And so, that’s a lot to navigate, and we’re really taking our time to navigate it.”

She went on to explain that, at least according to Rob, he “hadn’t met anybody” or “initiated a relationship with anybody” from the dating app that he was on.
“From what I know, there will be no babies coming up from Robert Glover,” Tia added. “Again, that’s all I know for now. So, it doesn’t sound like it went very deep. But then, you know, I was quite surprised when I got that information, so I reserve the right to further be surprised if something else comes up.”
