Love is still in the air for Katie Maloney and her boyfriend, Nick Martin, as they just celebrated a major anniversary, marking two years together. The Vanderpump Rules alum and the rocker started dating in Oct. 2024 and shared an update on their relationship on their special second anniversary.
Katie didn’t miss the chance to post a tribute to Nick. “Happy Anniversary to my honey, my love, my Nick. (And my absolute GORL!) The past two years has changed my life, and I pinch myself every day. I feel lucky to love you and to be loved by you. Proud of you, proud of us, and can’t wait for forever,” she wrote to celebrate her special day with the Sleeping with Sirens guitarist.
Meanwhile, Nick was also in his feelings about his longtime love. “Happy anniversary to my beautiful, inspiring, & absolutely stunning girlfriend [Katie]. The last 2 years together has felt nothing short of surreal; a permanent cloud 9. I tell you every single day how I continue to fall more and more in love with you – and it truly is the best feeling in the world. Thank you for being by my side [and] being the greatest partner in every sense of the word. I love you so much!” he wrote.Â

In fact, the couple recently made some changes to the apartment they share by hiring professional organizers to help them declutter their home. In a video posted to Instagram, Katie and Nick met with the organizers to help them sort through items to keep and to get rid of from their wadrobes. Katie later noted how much she appreciated the home refresh. “You changed my life! Thank you so much!!!” she commented.

But Katie and Nick never miss a chance to go public with their love for one another. In January 2026, to celebrate Katie’s 40th birthday, Nick opened up about their relationship and shared the sweetest comments to pay tribute to his girlfriend on her special day. “Forever going to celebrate this phenomenal, stunning, loving woman. Seeing this girl smile [and] be happy means the world to me – but, I also see how your presence, your joy [and] your love permeates in every room you walk in; affecting [and] inspiring the people in your life in the most beautiful, loving ways. Just one month before, Katie posted a tribute to Nick on his 43rd birthday that was equally endearing. “Happy Birthday to My Churro! I’m so happy you were born,” she wrote on Instagram in December 2025. “The most special guy, who deserves to be celebrated everyday. Thank you for changing my life. I love you more than words.”
