In the Southern Charm Season 12 trailer, Allie can be seen allegedly showing a photo of a cast member’s alleged “love child” in a shocking opening scene. Later on, Allie attends a party, being introduced as someone who “went on dates” with Austen. Allie can also be seen flirting with Whitner Slagsvol later on at the party, before he asks her out on a date. However, things seem to take a turn for the worse after Allie yells at him while standing on a rooftop in Charleston. “You pretend to be such a nice guy, yet you will f–k somebody over that you made trust you,” Allie told Whitner in the trailer.

According to an announcement for Southern Charm Season 12, “Allie joins the group and immediately, yet inadvertently, causes multiple Charmers to butt heads. She sets in motion a series of events that will uncover one of Charleston’s most scandalous and well-kept secrets.”
How does Allie Newman know the Southern Charm Season 12 cast?
Allie spoke with Bravo Insider ahead of Southern Charm Season 12, where she opened up about how she is connected to the cast. “I kind of have a connection with everybody somehow in this friend group,” she said. “I’ve known Venita [Aspen] since I was 14 years old. I started modeling when I was 14, and Venita was doing Charleston Fashion Week. She’s always been in the fashion scene. And so I met her through that, and we’ve always stayed in touch…I love her.”
Allie continued, opening up about her connection to the rest of the Southern Charm cast. “I modeled for Craig [Conover] for Sewing Down South. I’ve known Salley [Carson] for years. Years and years, just similar friend group, same circle. Charley [Manley] and I modeled together. And Austen and I went on a few dates prior to all of this.”
Is Allie Newman single?
Yes, Allie is single. “I’m trying to date. I’m very much single still,” she told Bravo Insider. “I went through a really hard breakup and [I’m] trying to put myself out there again, trying to date again and let’s just say, I don’t have the best taste in men. So I have a bad picker. But I’m trying.”

Where is Allie Newman from?
Allie is a South Carolina native, with “generations” of her family members grown up in the Palmetto State. “I’ve lived in Charleston for 12 years. But before that, born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina,” she told Bravo Insider. “My whole family moved here when I was in high school, and I left for college and came back.”
What does Allie Newman do for a living?
Allie is a model who attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. “I was actually an EMT and kickboxing instructor right after college. Super random,” she told Bravo Insider. “I was trying to go to Physician’s Assistant school. It didn’t work out, and I’ve modeled since I was 14. And I decided to go with modeling and put PA [Physician Assistant] school behind me. I can always come back, but it’s really competitive.”
When Allie isn’t modeling, she is going on a “hot girl walk” and getting an iced coffee. “That’s my thing,” she said. “And then [I’m] always on the water, so boat, beach, pool, another pool, whatever.”

Who has a “love child” on Southern Charm Season 12 as teased in the trailer?
It has not yet been revealed who has the “love child” in Southern Charm Season 12. However, in the trailer, Allie can be seen offering to show the cast a picture of the alleged child. “I’ll show you the baby,” she said, before leaving things on a cliffhanger.
