What are the charges against Pamela Bardhi?
Benmosche’s son, Daniel, is currently suing Bardhi in the Norfolk Superior Court, stating that she manipulated his mother’s dementia and his alcoholism to persuade them to sign over houses in Brookline and West Roxbury. Benmosche and Daniel also held property in West Roxbury at 111-117 Park Street. However, according to the lawsuit, Bardhi began to get close to Benmosche on purpose as her health deteriorated due to dementia. She allegedly persuaded her to sign over the deeds in July 2020, only four months before she died.

Daniel was required to sign as well, and according to the lawsuit, he did so only because Bardhi lied to him that if he did not sign, he would lose his SSDI benefits. By signing, he was transferring $3M in property to Bardhi. The home is worth $2.5M, but Bardhi was having difficulty repairing it because it was in a historic district.
