Andy took to Instagram on July 18, where he posted a single photo of himself and his boyfriend during their night out on the town. In the photo, Andy can be seen standing outdoors wearing a navy and white striped shirt with a white pair of linen pants while his boyfriend, wearing a blue patterned shirt and a pair of navy pants, wrapped his arm around his shoulder. The couple looked so happy as they smiled for the camera alongside each other, ready for their big date night out. “Date night,” Andy wrote in the caption of the post, along with red heart, rainbow, sun, shooting star, and lightning bolt emojis, expressing his excitement to be in his relationship.

“Beautiful couple,” The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Tamra Judge observed.
And Below Deck Mediterranean‘s Captain Sandy Yawn admitted that she would love to have a date night with her wife, Leah Shafer, Andy, and his boyfriend. “Leah and I wanna do a double date,” she commented along with three red heart emojis. “We are sooooo happy for you.”

How did Andy Cohen meet his boyfriend?
Andy took to his SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, in June, where he admitted that he had been dating his boyfriend for a while after meeting him last summer. “We met at my friend Justin’s July 4th party last year. So it was 11 months ago,” he explained during the episode at the time. “And I saw him from across the party. And I almost didn’t go. I never get invited to gay parties in the Hamptons anymore. And I was like, ‘You know what? Just let me go.'”
The WWHL host approached now boyfriend at that party, and the rest is history. “We talked all night,” he continued. “I very methodically put my phone number in. Apparently, I said to him twice that night, ‘I want to make sure this number is right,’ and then he said, ‘I knew you were serious when you were really serious about this number.'”

Andy continued during the episode, admitting that his boyfriend is so good with his two children — son, Ben Cohen, and daughter, Lucy Cohen. “This man is kind and strong and smart, and he is an adult, and he loves my children, and they love him. And I love him,” he stated. “We have been so slow and deliberate and methodical about getting to know each other and introducing him into the equation of my family so slowly, and I have to say it has been so easy. Eleven months we haven’t had one fight, one disagreement.”
