Los Angeles, California – Angelina Jolie has just opened up about her time living in the US coming to an “end” and why she considers her kids to be “individuals.”

During her feature with L’Officiel, the Oscar winner talked about her creative house, Atelier Jolie, and her next chapter now that she has adult children.
Angelina spilled, “It’s the end of a certain time for me,” and when asked where she wants to reside, she replied, “Out of the States more, I think.”
The Tomb Raider star continued, “I don’t really plan to have a base. I’d like to have a home base for my family, a place where some of the mom stuff and the family photos are.

“And then I’d like to be a bit nomadic for a while.”
Elsewhere in the chat, Angelina reflected on her children’s interest in film and why she feels like she’s “just a mom,” despite working with her sons, Maddox (25) and Pax (22) on set.

The Eternals actor explained, “Obviously, it’s nice for me to be around them, but I am just Mom, wanting to be around her family.”
Angelina didn’t touch on her kids’ recent moves to legally distance themselves from their father, actor Brad Pitt.
But she did share, “They’re definitely individuals. That makes me very proud, because one of the most important things, I think, is to basically not get in their way.”

“As a parent, you try to do many things, but you also try to not get in the way of this human being who has a life separate from yours and so much potential in their own mind,” the Maleficent star added. “You want to make sure that you support them.”
Despite the fallout from her divorce from the Bullet Train actor, Angelina has previously stated that she wants her family to “heal” from the drama.
In addition to Maddox and Pax, her daughters Zahara (21) and Shiloh (20) have also filed to drop “Pitt” from their monikers.
