BMW Driver Who Killed 4 Sorority Sisters Is Charged With Murder – Crime Online

California police have charged a man with murder for last week’s car crash that killed four Pepperdine University students.

Fraser Bohm, 22, was initially arrested on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence for crashing into several parked cars which then struck and killed Niamh Rolston, 20, Peyton Stewart, 21, Asha Weir, 21, and Deslyn Williams, 21. Though Bohm was released, Los Angeles County police said they rearrested him after processing toxicology, speed analysis data, and search warrants connected to this case, according to KABC.

KABC reported that two other people were injured in last Tuesday’s crash in Malibu.

Weir, Williams, Stewart, and Rolston were seniors at Pepperdine University. KABC reported that they will be posthumously awarded their degrees.

According to KTLA, Bohm remains jailed on $8 million bail.
