Brittany Cartwright’s heart is “so full” with love for her 5-year-old son, Cruz Cauchi, whom she shares with ex-husband, Jax Taylor. The Valley cast member has been so open about her life as a mom of one and is continuing to share major updates on him today, as is Jax, as both recently shared adorable updates on their kid.

Brittany took to Instagram on Monday, June 1, where she posted two new photos of her son. In the pictures, Brittany can be seen wearing a patterned blue and white dress, smiling for the camera, while she wrapped her arms around Cruz, who wore a blue tie-dyed t-shirt and matching shorts. She also took to her Instagram Story where she posted those same photos, along with an image of Cruz with one leg in an outdoor ball pit. “Hearts so full,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Brittany’s friend, The Valley‘s Kristen Doute, took to the comments of the post where she gushed over Brittany’s little one. “Loveee these pics!! Cruzy was soooo cute and excited, my heart is exploding,” she wrote.
Jax Taylor opens up about being a dad to his son, Cruz Cauchi
Even Jax can’t get over how much Cruz has grown. The dad of one recently took to his Instagram Story, where he posted a new photo of his son on his bed with his arms folded behind his head while he stared away from the camera. “This kid won’t stop growing,” he wrote over the image.

Brittany Cartwright reveals if she wants more kids following her split from Jax Taylor
Brittany took to her podcast, When Reality Hits, on May 1, where she admitted that she is loving being a mom to Cruz in this stage of life. And while she has expressed her desire to have more kids, she is content with her life right now. “Cruz is such a happy boy. He is wonderful and thriving, and he is my superstar, my everything. I’m so proud of him every single day,” she said in the episode.
“When I’m not in a relationship or anything right now, I am not so like, ‘I want to have another baby.’ But in my past, I always did want, I wanted three kids. I love kids,” she continued. “I love being a mother. It’s the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. And it makes me the happiest. It just makes me happier than anything else. I would rather be with my son and just be with him watching movies on the couch than going out or doing something like that. And that’s what we do. He is my little best friend…So who knows what the future would bring.”
