Brittany Cartwright is sharing new details about her friendship with Lala Kent and revealing what people might be “surprised” to learn about her. The Valley cast member has known Lala for more than 10 years and has so much admiration for the mom of one.

Brittany spoke with BravoTV.com in April, where she opened up about her close friendship with Lala. “Lala’s one of my best friends,” she stated. “I think fans would be surprised to know how big her heart is.”
She continued, noting that Lala can come off as a spitfire, as seen over the years on Vanderpump Rules and most recently on The Valley Season 3. “Everyone sees kind of whenever she pops off more and had her attitude come out,” she explained. But she revealed that Lala has a soft side, especially when it comes to her friends and her two daughters.Â
“She is such a great mother and a great friend, and her heart is so much bigger than people realize,” Brittany added. “She cares so deeply about her friends, and I just love her so much.”

Brittany appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in April, where she admitted that she was happy that Lala and fellow Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Schwartz joined the cast of The Valley for Season 3. “I think they are a great addition. They’re obviously dear friends and real friends for years and years and years,” she explained.
She also highlighted her history with Lala. “Me and Lala have been friends. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding,” she noted. “We had kids two weeks apart from each other. We have grown up together.”
When Lala appeared on Brittany’s podcast in March 2025, Brittany shared one of her favorite things about her friend. “I love how I get [when I’m] out with you. You’re so fun, you make me laugh,” she said during the episode.

Lala Kent shares a new look into her friendship with Brittany Cartwright
Lala had previously shared a look at her friendship with Brittany earlier this year. The Utah native took to her Instagram Story on Jan. 25, Brittany’s birthday, where she posted a photo of her friend sitting down wearing a robe, while her face was in full glam. “My sweet friend,” Lala wrote over the photo of Britany. “I love and adore you. Happy birthday, baby.”
