Ciara Miller is the undisputed queen of costumes. For every theme party on Summer House — and trust us, there are plenty each season — Ciara gives it her all. She doesn’t just commit to elaborate hair and makeup, she also often does unusual choices for each theme (see: her parrot costume for a pirate party or the full rat outfit she donned for a medieval bash). Every weekend, we’re excited to see what look she’s going to pull out next. So, in honor of Summer House‘s 10th season, we asked Insiders to vote for Ciara’s best costume of all time.
