A dirt biker in Philadelphia faces a slew of criminal charges after he was allegedly caught on video jumping through the back window of a mother’s car with her two young children inside, pointing a gun at her and headbutting her with his helmet.

Cody Heron, 26, faces charges of possession of an instrument of crime, recklessly endangering another person and several counts of aggravated assault, according to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. His bond was upped from $1 million to $4 million on Monday.

Heron was with a group of dirt bike and ATV riders on Oct. 1 near City Hall. Heron is seen on video climbing on top of the woman’s car and then jumping through the back window, causing it to shatter, the DA’s office said. The woman then got out to confront Heron, who points a gun at her and headbutts her with his helmet.

“The criminal actions of this defendant left four victims traumatized,” said Interim Philadelphia Police Commissioner John Stanford in a statement.

Video of the assault, recorded by a tourist atop a double-decker sightseeing bus, went viral. Philly police released the video and still images from the incident on Oct. 3, and Heron was arrested the next day.

“Cody Heron, who was recklessly riding his motorcycle through the heavily populated streets of Center City Philadelphia while carrying a firearm, senselessly assaulted an innocent woman and her children who were simply going about their evening,” said Assistant District Attorney William Fritze, Supervisor of the DAO’s Gun Violence Task Force. “Our Gun Violence Task Force fully intends to prosecute this dangerous individual to the fullest extent of the law.”

The victim, Nikki Bullock, told local NBC affiliate WCAU that she was delivering food with her girlfriend and her two kids, 5 and 2, when the motorcycle and ATV riders surrounded her car. Bullock said the group was riding recklessly, and Heron collided with her car. They started arguing, and that’s when Heron hopped on the back of her car.
