A New York woman lost both of her feet after her boyfriend shoved her onto subway tracks in Manhattan on Saturday.
New York police said the 29-year-old woman was hit by a southbound No. 3 train at the Fulton Street station in lower Manhattan, WABC reported. When police arrived, she was concious and responsive but was rushed to the hospital, where both feet were amputated.
Police that the woman and her boyfriend argued, and the man shoved her onto the tracks in front of the train and fled.
The woman, whose identity was not released, was reported to be in stable condition at New York City Health and Hospital Bellevue.
According to radio station WINS, the incident took place at about 10:30 a.m.
Police have not found the boyfriend.
