Summer House cast members Kyle Cooke and Carl Radke are sharing where they stand with West Wilson following the Summer House Season 10 reunion, which taped in late April in NYC. Both Kyle and Carl revealed that West had texted them after the reunion taping, and sharing now if they responded.
They each spoke with Access Hollywood‘s Reality Nightcap on Thursday, May 7, with Kyle revealing that he responded to West’s text. “West texted me last week, and I sent him a voice memo,” Kyle said in a clip posted to Instagram. “Because I just felt like it was gonna take forever to put words down.”
Carl, however, told the outlet that he has not yet responded to West. “I haven’t talked to West. He has reached out to me, but I’m not ready to respond,” Carl confirmed in a clip posted to Instagram. “From what I know of what’s gone on and how he’s kind of handling it and how I handle things, I’ve also been a stupid person and done s—-y things. But I also really care how I make people feel. And part of me worries that I don’t think he fully understands the impact of some of this.”

Kyle continued, noting that he wanted to respond to West after the reunion and his romantic relationship with Amanda Batula was confirmed. “I’m not the kind of guy that holds grudges, so obviously this is a very unfortunate situation. I don’t think people realize how close we were,” he explained to the outlet this week.Â
But he is still learning how to navigate their relationship. “So it’s tough. This is uncharted territory for me,” he added.

West took to his podcast, Show Me Something, on Tuesday, May 5, where he spoke about the reunion for the first time. The Missouri native admitted that he couldn’t say too much about the taping, but revealed that he hopes that he’s on the right path with his Summer House cast members, like KJ Dillard, whom he texted after the reunion.
“I mean, that’s what matters to me the most,” he said during the episode. “These are my friends, and I’ve caused a lot of damage, which f—ing sucks. So it’s going to take time, for sure, but time helps. But doing the reunion was one step, and got through it, and so we’re on the other side of it. So we’re just going to take it one day at a time.”
