WACO, Texas (TCN) —Â A couple has been arrested and charged with public lewdness for allegedly having sex at a public pool where children were present.
According to court documents obtained by KWTX, police responded to an apartment complex on July 26 after receiving several 911 calls from families stating that a couple was having sex in the pool while their children were present.Â
KWTX reports police spoke to eight witnesses who alleged that 32-year-old Emilie Parma and her boyfriend, 75-year-old Douglas Faith, were having sex in the back corner of the pool. During an interview, Parma admitted she was on top of Faith but claimed they were not having sexual intercourse because he has a penile implant. Faith also denied having sexual intercourse.
Both Parma and Faith were arrested and charged with public lewdness, per KWTX. Faith was also charged with marijuana possession. Parma was released on $1,500 bond and Faith was released on $3,000 bond.
