When the subject arose on the After Show, Erin denied that she “owes the whole city money,” as Carole Radziwill joked, specifically mentioning the chatter among the RHONY cast about her recent legal dispute with a former manager. “I’m doing a lot of brand deals, so… I paid him off, so whatever,” Erin said.
“Where does she get off talking about my finances?” she continued, referring to Jessel. “I pay for my kids’ school; I pay for rent… We know what my husband does.” (For reference, Abe is an attorney who’s currently a managing partner for The Advisory, a network of independently owned law firms, which he founded in 2024.)

During RHONY‘s Oct. 6 episode, Daisy Toye informed Erin that Jessel and Erika Hammond were “trying to make it seem like [she had] money problems,” even though she’d also been a part of the conversation. “And they were like, ‘Maybe the flood was for insurance,” Daisy added, prompting a wide-eyed Erin to declare that she was “f–kin’ pissed” before breaking down into tears.
Later, at their group dinner on Moskito Island, Erin vaguely called out Jessel and Erika for their “despicable” comments, but a sudden rain shower interrupted the conversation. Inside, Erin overheard the two talking to Daisy about the latter’s role in the matter and continued her confrontation.

After Erika admitted that they had discussed whether or not it was a “scam,” Jessel clarified, “I didn’t say it was a scam; I said it’s an insurance thing.”
Amid more back and forth, Erin fired back, “I was really hurt when I heard that you were talking about my house. I lost my f–king house. Do you understand? You don’t own a house. Maybe you don’t understand. I worked my ass off to buy that house, and I renovated the whole thing. And I lost all my memories. Like, that’s very painful, for you to just say it flippantly.”

Separately on the RHONY After Show, Jessel referred to her comments about Erin’s flood as “a senseless joke.” adding, “I obviously apologize and regret that I said that.” However, she went on to double down on her earlier comment that Erin is a “one-man Ponzi scheme” amid headlines about her alleged debts.

Sharing an update on her Hamptons house on the After Show, Erin noted that she’s currently “living upstairs in the guest room” while the repairs and renovations from the flood damage from a broken pipe continue downstairs.
“What sucks about it is my insurance didn’t cover, like, relocation or my items. So, that’s hard,” she added. “I’ve learned to become very zen about it. It is what it is.”
Erin also said that she “got to enjoy the whole summer” in the Hamptons and “never left” the home.
