There are many original cast members from across series and franchises on Bravo today. Viewers have watched everyone from Real Housewives to Hamptons partiers and yacht captains go through some major changes throughout their lives over the past two decades and more on Bravo, and they are still sharing so much of their lives today.
The Real Housewives of Orange County, and the Real Housewives franchise as a whole, celebrates its 20th season this year, and with that comes a major reflection on how much has changed since 2006 across Bravo. Here’s a peek at the original cast members across Bravo franchises that are still around.

Original cast members still on The Real Housewives
Since the launch of RHOC in 2006, there have been 12 franchises of The Real Housewives series. Some of them still have original cast members today.
The Real Housewives of Orange County
Vicki Gunvalson first joined the cast of RHOC Season 1 in 2006, making her the self-proclaimed “OG of the OC.” She remained a full-time cast member until RHOC Season 13, and became a friend to the cast during RHOC Season 14. Season 20 marks Vicki’s return to RHOC as a full-time Housewife. RHOC Season 20 currently airs on Bravo. She also appears on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th (which airs on Bravo starting August 9) as a cast member.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills
Kyle Richards joined the cast of RHOBH Season 1 when the series premiered on Bravo in October 2010. She has been a full-time Housewife on the past 15 seasons of RHOBH (RHOBH Season 15 aired in 2026) and is a cast member on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th.Â
The Real Housewives of New Jersey
Teresa Giudice is an original cast member of RHONJ since Season 1 premiered on Bravo in May 2010. It was confirmed in March 2026 that Teresa would be returning to RHONJ Season 15 as a full-time Housewife after RHONJ Season 14 concluded in August 2024. She is also a cast member on RHUGT: Roaring 20th.
The Real Housewives of Potomac
Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, and Karen Huger are original cast members from RHOP since Season 1 premiered on Bravo in January 2016. It was confirmed in April 2026 that Gizelle, Ashley, and Karen will be returning for RHOP Season 11. They will be joined by Robyn Dixon, who was on the first eight seasons of RHOP, and will be returning for Season 11 as a friend. Gizelle is also a cast member on RHUGT: Roaring 20th, with Ashley also popping up in the season.
The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City
There are still original cast members on RHOSLC. During the most recent RHOSLC Season 6 (which wrapped up in early 2026), Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Meredith Marks, and Lisa Barlow all returned as full-time cast members. These four women have been cast members on the show since Season 1. Lisa Barlow is also a cast member on RHUGT: Roaring 20th.
Original cast members still on Summer House
When Summer House Season 1 premiered on Bravo in January 2017, Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard, and Carl Radke were all cast members, looking to make summers fun and have the time of their lives in the Hamptons for the season. It was confirmed that all three of them will be returning as cast members on Summer House Season 11.
Original cast members still on Southern Charm
Southern Charm viewers were introduced to Shep Rose, Craig Conover, and Whitney Sudler-Smith when Southern Charm Season 1 premiered on Bravo in 2014, and they have been getting to know them ever since. Both Shep and Craig were most recently cast members on Southern Charm Season 11 (which aired in 2026), while Whitney (the creator and Executive Producer of the show) has continued to make consistent appearances on Southern Charm since his last time being a full-time cast member in Season 3.Â
Original cast members still on Below Deck Down Under
Captain Jason Chambers has been at the helm of the yachts on all four seasons of Below Deck Down Under. Below Deck Down Under Season 1 first premiered on Peacock in March 2022 before heading over to Bravo four months later in July. The most recent Season 4 aired on Bravo in 2026.

Original cast members still on Top Chef
Both Tom Colicchio and Gail Simmons have been judges on Bravo’s Top Chef since Season 1, when the show debuted on Bravo in March 2006. In the years since, they have tasted just about every dish one can eat. The most recent Season 23 aired in 2026.
Original cast members still on Married to Medicine
The most recent Season 12 of Married to Medicine (which aired in 2026) included longtime cast members Quad Webb, Toya Bush-Harris, Dr. Jackie Walters, and Dr. Simone Whitmore, all of whom have been cast members on the series since the first season premiered on Bravo in March 2013.
Who is the longest-running Real Housewife on Bravo?
Among so many original cast members on Bravo, there are two who share the title of longest-running Real Housewife. After completing RHOC Season 20, Tamra Judge is the “longest-running Real Housewife,” as she proudly celebrated on Instagram. Kyle, however, has the most consecutive seasons under her belt after just completing RHOBH Season 15.
What cast members have left their Bravo shows and returned?
Vicki left RHOC Season 14 and returned for RHOC Season 20, but she wasn’t the first Housewife to do so. Tamra first joined the cast of RHOC Season 3 before departing after RHOC Season 14. She returned for RHOC Season 17, where she has been a cast member ever since. RHOP‘s Robyn Dixon has confirmed her return for RHOP Season 11 as a friend after leaving after RHOP Season 8. Carole Radziwill is returning to RHONY Season 16 after last appearing on Season 10. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Nene Leakes returns to Bravo in RHUGT: Roaring 20th after leaving RHOA after Season 12. The Real Housewives of New York City‘s Luann De Lessepps appeared in the show’s first five seasons, exited in Season 6, and returned for Seasons 7 through 13. She’s returned to Bravo several times since, including in RHUGT: Roaring 20th.Â
RHOC‘s Lauri Peterson, RHOBH‘s Camille Grammer and Kathy Hilton, RHONJ‘s Jacqueline Laurita, as well as RHOA‘s Shereé Whitfield, Phaedra Parks, and Porsha Williams have left and come back. Porsha is also cast on RHUGT: Roaring 20th.Â
Below Deck Med Season 11 chief stew Aesha Scott previously served as stew on Seasons 4 and 5, before becoming chief stew on Below Deck Down Under Seasons 1 and 2, and returning to Below Deck Med for Season 9.Â
Taylor Armstrong was also the first Housewife to appear in a role on two different franchises, appearing on both RHOBH Seasons 1 through 3, as well as a friend on RHOC Season 17. Dolores Catania followed suit, appearing as a cast member on RHONJ Seasons 8 through 14 (as well as the upcoming season 15), before appearing as a friend on The Real Housewives of Rhode Island Season 1.
