Fiancé Officially Indicted for Missing Georgia Mother’s Murder – Crime Online

A Georgia man was indicted on malice murder and other charges this week, following the disappearance and presumed death of Tiffany Foster.

According to 11Alive News, Reginald Robertson was formally indicted by a Coweta County grand jury this week on charges that include murder, burglary, kidnapping, concealing the death of another, rape, theft by taking, forgery, and financial transaction fraud.

Foster, a 33-year-old mother of three, was last heard from on March 1, 2021, after leaving her apartment in Newnan to go shopping. She texted her mother around that time, as CrimeOnline reported, but was not heard from again. Police located her car a week later in College Park, around 30 miles away, with her purse and credit cards inside.

She failed to show up for work on March 5 and missed a flight to Texas on March 11.

Police arrested Robertson in August of this year and confirmed that although her body has not been located, evidence gathered during investigations led them to believe that Foster is deceased.

Investigators said Robertson himself reported Foster missing. He was arrested later for allegedly stealing her car, then subsequently released on bail. Police arrested him again on kidnapping and aggravated assault charges, but police say those charges are not in connection with Foster.

Although an arrest has been made in the case, Foster’s family are still seeking answers and hoping to find out where her body is.

“He ripped away a light in our family,” Kimberly Bryan, Foster’s sister, told 11Alive. “To have to look my niece in the face and my nephews – and we don’t have any answers to tell him.”
