Los Angeles, California – New reports have revealed shocking details about the death of actor Hayden Panettiere, who passed away on Sunday at just 36 years old.
Per TMZ, dispatch audio following a 911 call placed by a friend of Panettiere reveals that first responders were performing CPR on someone who overdosed.
The call involved an “unresponsive female” who was in “cardiac arrest.”
Paramedics attempted to save Panettiere using “advanced cardiac life support,” but she was ultimately declared dead at 2:32 PM.

Panettiere died in Greenville, South Carolina, where an autopsy is set to be conducted on Monday to officially determine the cause of death.
The Scream star previously opened up about her struggles with addiction and substance abuse, most recently reflecting on her addiction to alcohol and opioids while experiencing postpartum depression after the birth of her daughter, Kaya.
Panettiere ultimately gave full custody of her now-11-year-old daughter to her ex, Wladimir Klitschko, describing it as “the most gut-wrenching experience of my life.”
Panettiere’s death was confirmed late Sunday by her father, Skip, who described his daughter as “an incredible light and a force of nature who brought immeasurable love and joy to all who knew her – and to the millions who watched her onscreen.”
