Heather Dubrow teases renovations in her new apartment with Terry Dubrow
This apartment will expand the family’s current living situation and be filled with some fun things for everyone. “I put the dumbest, funnest things in this apartment,” Heather said with a laugh.
This apartment will include a nod to Heather’s love of champagne and Terry’s love of health and wellness. “I can’t tell you everything. But I am putting in an infrared sauna,” she explained. “Are you ready for this? There’s a champagne portal. I’m not gonna elaborate any more than that.”

Heather Dubrow opens up about her longterm plans for her penthouse apartment
Although Heather and Terry have bought and sold many homes over the past few years, they purchased their penthouse apartment in 2022. And Heather told Bravo Insider that she has no plans of moving out of their luxury high rise building anytime soon.
“We’re staying in the apartment forever. I never want to see a blade of grass again,” she stated. “I love high-rise living. This building is incredible. The security is incredible. And we just feel really safe and happy here.”

Details on Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow’s Los Angeles penthouse apartment
Heather first opened up about the apartment during RHOC Season 17, Episode 9, calling it “the most perfect apartment ever.” While she shared that the home was their “pied-á-terre” while they maintained their OC property, the penthouse has since become their primary residence. It is complete with a “sexy” kitchen, a “hidden room,” and interiors designed by Roberto Cavalli.
Heather spoke with Entertainment Tonight in October 2022, where she explained that their kids impacted their decision to purchase the apartment. “With two kids at college, we’ve been thinking about our next move. We just bought a cool penthouse in LA, and sometimes the universe shows you the right direction. Change is exciting!” she exclaimed at the time.Â
