Kyle Cooke is sharing how he prepared for the Summer House Season 10 reunion, which filmed this week in NYC. The Summer House cast member has sat down for many emotional reunions over the years and put some extra special preparations into this most recent reunion taping.
Kyle took to his Instagram Story earlier this week, where he revealed that he got his hair done before the reunion filmed. In the now-disappeared video, Kyle can be seen sitting in the salon chair, getting his hair done by his longtime hair stylist, Bradley Moreland, at Vidov West Salon.
“Longer hairstyle calls for new styling techniques here at Vidov,” Kyle said, showing off the hairspray and pliable paste that Bradley used on his blonde locks. “Get a lot of questions about my hair. Guys, stop using pomade.”
The result was Kyle’s blonde hair just a little more put together and styled, ahead of the taping of the Summer House Season 10 reunion in NYC on Thursday, April 23.

The Loverboy founder previously rocked a long blonde mullet during Summer House Season 7 and Season 8. He opened up about his decision to sport the hairstyle that is all business in the front and party in the back during NBCUniversal’s upfront presentation in May 2022.
“It’s all happening. I am growing [a mullet]. My stylist told me this is the grow-in stage. It’s pretty awkward, but I am committed,” he told The Daily Dish at the time. “It is kind of a weird phenomenon. It almost feels like I have a tag standing straight up from my shirt, because I just keep on forgetting what’s going on back there.”

Andy Cohen cut off Kyle Cooke’s mullet during the Summer House Season 8 reunion
However, Kyle vowed to cut off the mullet at the Summer House Season 8 reunion. This idea began when Kyle appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on April 11, 2024, when Andy Cohen asked if he could cut off Kyle’s mullet during the reunion.
Both Kyle and Andy then delivered on this promise, with Andy cutting off the mullet during the Summer House Season 8 reunion taping. Andy took to his Instagram Story in May 2024, where he posted a photo of himself holding Kyle’s long, blonde ponytail in a plastic bag. “OK, that’s a wrap,” Andy said after the reunion. “And I cut Kyle’s mullet. And it’s going in the Clubhouse. We need to figure out how to display it, but it’s going there. I kind of botched [the haircut], but you’ll see.”
