Idaho Man Who Massacred Neighbor’s Family Gets Life Without Parole – Crime Online

An Idaho man who massacred his neighbor’s family over a claim that one of the victims flashed members of his family was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Majorjon Kaylor said he did it because the 18-year-old’s mother and grandfather didn’t take him seriously when he complained about the alleged incident.

As CrimeOnline reported, Kaylor said he broke into his neighbor’s house on June 18, 2023, to “execute vengeance.” He pleaded guilty to four counts of second degree murder in the deaths of Kenneth Guardipee, 65; Kenna Guardipee, 41; and her two children, Devin Smith, 18, and Aiken Smith, 16.

Kaylor reportedly surrendered to police and told officers he had just murdered his neighbors.

Nine members of the victims’ family presented impact statements to the court on Monday, most of them asking that Kaylor be sentenced to life for each of the four murder charges, KREM reported.

Kaylor did not make a statement, but his attorneys asked the judge for lenience because of his abusive childhood.
