“I am not dating anybody, but I am open to it, whenever that time comes,” Michelle continued. “I just have not met anybody special yet. Single, ready to mingle.”

The update comes as the finalization of Michelle’s divorce from Jesse Lally plays out on The Valley Season 3, with Michelle begging her ex for a divorce in the trailer, as well as telling him, “I just want to be happy again.” She’s also set to deal with the aftermath of her breakup from boyfriend Aaron Nosler.

“Michelle, now fully embracing her new single life and finally focusing on herself, is starting fresh in a new home,” her bio for the season reads. It also reveals that Michelle is dealing with Jesse’s girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, joining her friend group.

“She’s more than ready to let her hair down and let go of her past, but her looming divorce and the constant presence of Jesse and Lacy around her friends weigh on her,” the bio continues.

Did Michelle Saniei date Tom Schwartz?

Michelle’s bio also reveals an “unexpected friendship” with Tom Schwartz during The Valley Season 3, and after sparks flew between the two during the April 1 premiere, Michelle and Tom are setting the record straight about where their relationship stands today. “Listen, we have a great platonic chemistry, and we became good friends, and it’s been lovely getting to know Michelle more,” Tom told The Daily Dish, and then revealed, “We are not in fact dating.”

After Michelle chimed in, “Correct,” Tom laughingly added, “Me and Michelle did not make it.”

Still, their friends were quick to point out in the April 1 episode their thoughts on a potential Michelle/Tom coupling.

“I think it would be cute,” Brittany Cartwright commented. “They could at least hang out.” But Kristen Doute argued, “Are you out of your damn mind? Tom’s like, quirky and weird.” To producers, Kristen shared the analogy, “Michelle is a fine French wine. Tom’s a Jägerbomb at a sports bar.”

At the time, Michelle shared with Tom that she was still open to romance, despite her recent experiences. “I believe in love…even though I went through the nastiest divorce and somebody who broke up with me, I truly believe in love,” Michelle told him.

Michelle Saniei explains why Aaron Nosler broke up with her

Michelle shared more details about the end of her relationship with Aaron during The Valley After Show. The two broke up in July 2025, just over a year after first revealing their relationship in April 2024.

“I was very surprised, because I didn’t see any signs,” she admitted on the After Show. “I thought he was really happy. I was very happy. He was the one that had the conversation with me that I should move in, and like really think about this. And I don’t know what happened.”

She later told her friends during the April 1 episode that Aaron “wants a ‘fitness girl,’” and during the After Show added, “He was just nitpicking every single thing about me, about how I don’t go to the gym enough.”

But Jason Caperna weighed in that he believed Aaron just didn’t see a future to the relationship. “I think what it really boiled down to is, he just didn’t feel like she was the person that he was ultimately going to call his wife,” he shared on the After Show.
