Justin Butterfield Allegedly Killed Brother Whose Badly Mutilated Body Was Found In Trailer
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Justin Butterfield, who lived in the home with the victim, was identified as the primary suspect. After Butterfield was placed into custody, a neighbour told the Sun Journal that the suspect sat on the stairs, speckled with blood, smiling and laughing to himself.

Neighbours said they were particularly familiar with Justin Butterfield. Police were often called to the scene, neighbours said, for disturbances involving Butterfield, whom many described as having a documented mental illness.
When neighbours had visitors over, one man said, they were quick to warn their guests to stay away from him and his trailer. Another woman said she would make sure to lock her doors and windows when he was walking by.
