On the eve of Steven McBee Sr.’s prison sentencing, Alli McBee inadvertently revealed a staggering secret to Kacie Adkison, causing her to confront her now-fiancé Cole McBee over their uncertain future in their newly-built home.

“I know technically this land is in like one of Steve [Sr.]’s loans right? If something bad were to happen tomorrow, they could pull that loan,” Alli divulged to Kacie during The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 3 premiere.
The news came as a visible shock to Kacie, and Alli added, “I did not know you didn’t know that.”
Kacie then questioned the ramifications of Alli’s words: “Wait, so that would mean they could take our house?” Alli nodded yes, and explained, “If something were to happen, like you guys could lose this house that you built.”
As Kacie mulled over the precarious situation, she confessed of her partner Cole, “I don’t know why he would keep that from me.” She decided to confront Cole about the secret, muttering, “I’m gonna freak out.”
“Why wouldn’t you say something to me about our house?” she asked him as he gathered with his brothers outside. “The loan is on the land, and it’s in your dad’s name?” When Cole didn’t directly answer her questions, Kacie pressed, “But we could lose the house?” Cole answered, “I mean, we don’t know what’s going to happen yet.”

Kacie didn’t hold back her frustration on the McBee Dynasty Season 3 premiere that Cole had left her in the dark over the future of their home together. “So what if that does happen?” she asked of the possibility of the bank collecting on Steven Sr.’s loans. “So then you were just gonna give me a one-day notice, like, ‘Hey!’”
Cole answered, “I don’t think it’s gonna be a one-day notice. There’s gonna be a lot of things that happen.”
Cole explained more on the situation to producers during his June 15 episode confessional. “For all the land that’s in my brothers and I’s name, that itself is safe.,” he said. “But for some reason, my house and the ground that it’s sitting on…it got put in my dad’s name.”
To Kacie, Cole expressed why he stayed quiet: “I just didn’t want to freak you out.” But she pointed out, “I’m more freaked out to find out the night before.”
Kacie urged Cole to answer more about the situation. “So if we lost [the house], we don’t get any money? It’s just gone?” Cole admitted he didn’t have answers. “I don’t know. I don’t know what’s going to happen. It depends on tomorrow,” he conceded.
Kacie shared how upset she was to producers. “If we did lose the house, I just don’t know what we’ll do,” she admitted. “We put all of our money into our house. We can’t just start over.”
She continued, “We thought this was where [our daughter] Blair’s going to grow up. It makes me sick to think about, when so much is already going on.”

Later in the June 15 episode, Steven Sr. was sentenced by a judge to 24 months in prison, and to pay millions of dollars in restitution, causing Kacie and Cole to again worry if their home was in jeopardy.
“We’ll make a game plan. You guys are not gonna lose your home,” Steven McBee Jr. declared. “We’ll figure out a way. It’s not gonna happen.”

Kacie and Cole recently opened up their home for a tour exclusively on BravoTV.com (watch above), and shared why the home means so much to them.
“This is literally the home of our dreams. This is what Kacie and I spent two years dreaming of building. Working hard for. And we’re very proud of it,” Cole shared in the clip. “We love it. We are so blessed to be able to build and live in something like this, and raise our family here on the farm.”

Cole revealed his favorite feature of their home is the large garage windows that slide up open up to the yard. “We had a lot of people that told us not to do the garage doors,” he shared, but then pointed out why the doors are actually a plus. “During the nice season this summer, we were able to open them up, cook right outside, hang out outside, [then] come right [back] in.”
Meanwhile Kacie’s favorite room in their home is the kitchen, which she helped to design. “I wanted the all-white kitchen, so we have all-white cabinets in here,” she added, but clarified, “Cole picked out the countertops.”
