Katie Maloney is giving a new look inside the apartment that she shares with her boyfriend, Nick Martin. The Vanderpump Rules alum and her boyfriend have been dating for more than a year and have now taken a major step in their relationship by living together.
Katie was interviewed by content creator Caleb Simpson on Instagram, where she revealed that she pays “about $5,200 a month” for her place. “I’ve lived in LA for 20 years,” she explained. Nick was also hanging out in the apartment during the interview. “My partner — he also lives here, too,” Katie noted.
Nick’s presence can be seen in the artwork and in “tchotchkes” around the apartment, as Katie showed off their custom figurines designed to look like her and Nick. “They’re so cute, they have little tattoos on them,” she noted, adding about the decor, “I love cute little things.”
She also proceeded to show around her “good-sized” apartment, which has a checkerboard rug in her living room and a “huge” picture of her face on one wall. “I’m not the person that has huge pictures of themselves everywhere, but that’s pretty sick,” she admitted.Â
Katie’s ex-husband, Tom Schwartz, took to the comments of the post, where he shared his thoughts about the apartment. “Super chic,” he wrote.

Katie has been super active on Instagram, sharing a look at her super fun life. Katie took to Instagram on March 13, where she posted a series of photos of her hanging out with Nick at Disneyland, as well as her adorable dog, Butter, chilling around their apartment. “Scroll for Butter content,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
After taking a trip to the Bahamas with her BFF, Dayna Kathan, and Nick, she returned to LA earlier this month, where she documented so much of her day-to-day on Instagram. In the photos, Katie can be seen posing with Dayna, snapping a fierce mirror picture, going out to sushi with Nick, and hopping on a flight with him. “Sprang,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Katie Maloney shares updates on her sandwich shop, Something About Her
Katie also shared some major updates on her West Hollywood sandwich shop, Something About Her, that she co-owns with VPR alum, Ariana Madix. Katie appeared on the podcast, Gabbing with Gib, on March 13, where she revealed that Something About Her will have been open for two years in May. “It’s going really good,” she said during the episode. “It’s definitely been such an education couple of years, almost.”
“It will be two years in May,” she continued. “A lot of stuff to iron out and learn in the first year. For the first while, the first six months, we were extremely busy.”
