During a flashback, Kyle’s new manager lays out his upcoming tour, and reveals the amount Kyle stands to earn. “On this tour, realistically, I’d like to try to get you around a quarter million,” he shares. Kyle replies, “For me, for my happiness, my career, we’re gonna make this happen.”

Earlier in the clip, Kyle’s friend Gavin Moseley announces to the group the news of Kyle’s upcoming DJ tour. “Kyle is about to be a famous DJ,” he proclaims, as he proposes a cheer. “He’s got 14 gigs lined up.”

During another flashback, Kyle reveals to Gavin and Kenny Martin more details of his tour, including his gig at Hakkasan Nightclub inside MGM Grand in Las Vegas. “I signed with this manager. Like I’m DJ-ing at Hakkasan,” he shares, and Gavin exclaims, “S—t! Wait, that’s a fricking big deal!” As they high five, Kyle adds that he’s “headlining.”

He continues, “I already have like a dozen gigs booked for January, February, March.”

Why Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula clashed over his DJ tour

As Gavin announces the news of Kyle’s DJ tour during In The City’s July 7 preview, Amanda Batula looks shocked, as she asks, “Sorry?” Lindsay Hubbard remarks, “Oh not again, here we go. Oh s—t.”

Kyle’s DJ career has long been a sore point between he and Amanda. You’ll recall Lindsay called Kyle out for allegedly not including Amanda in his decision to amp up his DJ career during an explosive Summer House Season 10 dinner. Paige DeSorbo and Ciara Miller also criticized his decision to launch a DJ career during the Summer House Season 9 After Show, after claiming he was unsupportive of Amanda and her career ambitions.

During In The City’s July 7 preview, Lindsay comments to Georgina Ferzli, “He never tells her things in private.”

After announcing she “had no idea” about Kyle’s tour, Amanda agrees with Lindsay’s comment, adding, “Okay, well, glad we have an open stream of communication.”

But Kyle blames the miscommunication on Amanda recently moving out and into her own apartment. “Amidst all the craziness, I did sign with my manager,” he explains.

He continues, “And on Friday, I’m headlining one of the biggest clubs in the United States.”

Kyle explains his reasoning for his upcoming tour to producers. “Amanda, you know, moving out, gave me a little more freedom to make money doing something I enjoy,” he shares. “I’m trying to accept the fact that I’m gonna be doing things a little more on my own. To some extent, it’s freeing. But at the same time it bums me out.”

But Amanda argues why she’s angry at Kyle’s decision. “Not only has he committed to this tour and all these gigs—something that we didn’t even talk about—he’s excited about it,” she notes to producers. “This man is planning his future without me in it.”

She adds, “No matter how many times he tells people that he’s making efforts, his actions prove otherwise.”

Where Kyle Cooke’s DJ career stands now

Kyle’s DJ career is still going strong, and he’s posted several Instagram reels and stories about his gigs, including an upcoming one at Bernie’s Beach Bar in the Hamptons. According to his website, he’s set to perform at Bounce Beach Montauk on July 18, before heading back to Las Vegas and Marquee Nightclub in September.
