While Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley could hardly agree on almost anything throughout The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15, they did manage to see eye to eye on a couple of topics from the season. And, in never-before-revealed moments from the RHOBH Season 15 reunion during our exclusive chats with the ladies behind the scenes, we’re learning that they each have the same love for Rachel Zoe and her eye for style, as well as share a similar hot take on matcha.
When asked backstage at the RHOBH Season 15 reunion taping back in March, the ladies were each asked who they would go to for fashion advice from their cast. The answer was Rachel Zoe. “I mean, if I don’t choose Rachel, then I’m crazy,” Dorit shared.
Kyle mirrored that sentiment — and also shouted out the style of all the 90210 ladies. “I would go to Rachel Zoe for fashion advice. You know, everyone has their own style, though, which I like about this group. I like that not everybody is the same. I don’t think I can say one person’s style is so much better than the others. It’s all different. And that’s what makes everyone unique. And I love that. Imagine if everyone dressed like Rachel or everyone dressed like Sutton. How boring would that be? No,” she said. “You have to have all the different flavors.”
The topic of matcha was also brought up, and it turns out they share a similar go-to order for the beverage, which made a cameo this past season. Dorit noted that “there isn’t” a go-to order for her.Â
Kyle shared in her own interview, “I don’t like matcha… I’m not a matcha fan.”

While they certainly experienced emotional moments during the RHOBH Season 15 reunion, Kyle and Dorit have each expressed hope to one day be able to fix their friendship.

On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show, Kyle expressed optimism about the future of her and Dorit’s friendship, ahead of the Season 15 reunion. “I would hope that there’s been enough time that has passed that Dorit is in a better place, that she’s taken the time that she needs,” Kyle said. “And that she would be open to mending things and not come in guns blazing.”
As for her hopes for the Season 15 reunion, Dorit shared on the After Show, “I care about Kyle, I do. I have for a very long time. I hope I’m never, ever too jaded that I don’t want to move forward.”
In fact, she added pre-reunion, “I can get over my issues with everyone. … If we both share that feeling, I’m always gonna say, ‘Great.’ I love a ‘let’s get over it.'”

Kyle has been focused on her family since the season ended. Portia recently went to her senior prom, will soon graduate from high school, and has decided to attend the University of Colorado Boulder in the fall. Â Kyle and Mauricio Umansky are also still navigating their split three years after they confirmed their separation. Later this summer, Kyle will appear as a core cast member on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: Roaring 20th premiering this August on Bravo.
What has Dorit Kemsley been up to since RHOBH Season 15 ended
Dorit has also been focused on her two kids, Jagger and Phoenix, amid her separation from Paul “PK” Kemsley. She’s also about to celebrate an exciting career chapter with the release of her book, Unburdened, which drops this June. She’s also set to go on a big tour to promote it, starting on May 31 and making her way to various stops. All events, naturally, start on Dorit Standard Time for the book tour date stops.
