Kyle Richards has made some major updates to her home in Encino in anticipation of the arrival of her first grandchild as well as the holiday season, which kicks off with Halloween. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom’s oldest daughter, Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, is expecting her first child in November. And Kyle could not be more excited about this news.
Farrah took to her Instagram Story in early October, where she revealed that Kyle had purchased a crib for the baby, which is already assembled in her bedroom with wheels on the bottom for easy mobility. Additionally, she has blankets, stuffed animals, and pajamas for Farrah’s little boy. “Can you believe the cuteness of this?” Kyle asked before showing off the collection of clothes, bibs, and shoes that she bought for the baby.
This amazed Farrah, who took to the caption of the now-disappeared Instagram Story where she revealed that she hasn’t even started nesting yet. “My mom’s crib for her house has arrived. I don’t even have one yet,” she admitted.

Kyle Richards shows off her Halloween 2026 decorations at her house
Now that it’s fall, Kyle has transformed her home for Halloween. Kyle took to her Instagram Story on Saturday, Oct. 10, where she posted a look at her seasonal home decor. She first shared a look at her front porch, decorated with mums and pumpkins. Even Kyle’s black front door is spooky, decorated with a sweet Halloween wreath.Â
Once inside the home, visitors to Kyle’s house are greeted by ghosts with witch hats sitting in the entryway, along with warm orange light that really adds to the spooky atmosphere. Her dining room is just as fun, with her table being decorated with orange and black colored napkins, smoky colored glassware, velvet covered pumpkins, and candlesticks.

Kyle Richards opens up about her love for Halloween decorations
In 2025, Kyle showed off her new Halloween decor, which included a very polarizing Halloween tree. The Halloween actress posted a photo of her all-black tree in her living room, decorated with green and purple lights.
She defended her choice to have a Halloween tree during an Oct. 9, 2025 Amazon Live broadcast. “Yes, I have a Halloween tree,” she said. “I’ve never had a Halloween tree, by the way. But, hey, if they sell it, I’m gonna buy it. So, I was really excited. I really get excited to make my house feel cozy, inviting, and happy-feeling. My girls love it. Alexia [Umansky] came home the other night, and we all had dinner, and she was so excited about that. She’s like, ‘I need a Halloween tree!’ But it feels so cute and cozy, and really gets you in the mood for fall. I don’t know, I love it.”
