Time flies when you’re making deals. And that is certainly the case for Mauricio Umansky and his team at The Agency. In fact, Billy Rose, who is a founder and owner of the real estate company alongside Mauricio, recently celebrated The Agency’s major 15th anniversary. Mauricio co-signed the message and liked the anniversary post shared by Billy Rose on Sept. 19. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ Kyle Richards also showed her support and shared her reaction to the milestone anniversary for the real estate company co-founded by her estranged husband in 2011.
“Wow!! 15 years strong!” Kyle wrote in the comments.
As for how Billy Rose was feeling about the landmark 15th anniversary for him, Mauricio, and their company, he wrote, in part: “We’ve been through a lot together over these 15 years, and I’m incredibly proud of what we set out to build and what The Agency has become… I’m also grateful to the founding agents who believed in us before there was much to believe in, and to every agent and team member who has put their own stamp on this company since. The Agency has always been the sum of its people… Fifteen years later, there’s a lot to look back on and celebrate — and still a lot more to do!”
What’s next for Mauricio Umansky and The Agency?
In the years since The Agency launched, they have opened offices around the world and expanded the brand’s footprint into other business areas. Over the years, Mauricio has taken fans inside his job at The Agency, and he more recently teased that there are big things ahead for the company.
In an Instagram post shared in September 2025 following a leadership conference, Mauricio revealed that “we laid out our plans for the next two years and I cannot be more excited and invigorated.” Mauricio added that the company has plans in place across sectors, from growth to tech to marketing. “All of that is just exciting and ready to go,” he shared at the time.Â
And, as Billy Rose noted in his recent Instagram post, there is “still a lot more to do” for the team at The Agency.
