Larsa Pippen’s relationship with Jeff Coby is getting more and more serious.
Since confirming their romance back in spring, the new couple has repeatedly expressed their interest in getting married someday. Larsa revisited the topic in an interview with People magazine, saying she and her pro-basketball player boyfriend have already discussed her engagement ring.

“I feel like we’re on a really good path right now,” The Real Housewives of Miami mom said. “We get along with everything. He’s been asking me what shaped stones I like, so I’ve been giving him little hints … We haven’t really talked about the size, but we just talked about [how] I like the brilliant cut or an oval … I feel like those are really cute.”

Larsa previously revealed she and Jeff began dating in late 2024; however, they didn’t go public until April. The mother of four said she initially wanted to keep their relationship under wraps, but the secrecy became too difficult to maintain as their bond became stronger.
“I didn’t want to share it with the world, but now I’m in a place where we get along really well, we basically do everything together, and so now we’re more open,” Larsa explained. “But I think the first few months, I feel like we were together every day and just did very normal things, and nobody even knew that we were together.”

Larsa said she liked the fact that Jeff had a good relationship with her children: sons Scotty Jr. Pippen, 24; Preston Pippen, 22; Justin Pippen, 20; and 16-year-old daughter, Sophia Pippen — all of whom she shares with her ex-husband, NBA legend Scottie Pippen.

“He’s just so family-oriented and just so kind, and I just feel like he’s my guy. He just has all the qualities that I really love,” Larsa said before highlighting Jeff’s bond with her kids. “They play board games. They love to hang out. They talk basketball… I feel like [Jeff is] very normal, and him around my family is just an easy place for us.”

Larsa and Scottie finalized their divorce in December 2021, more than 23 years after they got married. The Miami Housewife touched on her and Scottie’s co-parenting relationship in an interview with The Daily Dish, insisting they’ve maintained a healthy dynamic since their split.
“Scottie is doing great. We always had a great relationship,” she said. “I picked a good guy to have kids with, because we literally raise our kids the same way. You know, our goals are the same for our kids. We wanna see our kids win, be happy, and so you can see the product of how we raise our kids.”
