The Real Housewives of Miami‘s Lisa Hochstein knows what she wants regarding her relationship with Jody Glidden. In an exclusive interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, the divorced mother of two admitted she’d “thought about an engagement ring a lot” should Jody ever get down on one knee.
The Canadian-born entrepreneur — whose divorce from Miami-based plastic surgeon Dr. Lenny Hochstein was officialized in November — said she was “fine with just being a fiancée,” but didn’t want to only “be a ‘girlfriend’” because she wasn’t “in grade five.”
Although it was “who knows” when it came to marrying Jody, she was set on the kind of engagement ring she envisioned. “A big one,” she lightheartedly said. “I don’t want the same shape I had before, which was a cushion cut, although I love a cushion cut. But I really like a pear shape. I love pear these days.”

Lisa also touched on the “amazing” bond formed between her children, 10-year-old Logan Hochstein and 5-year-old Elle Hochstein, and Jody’s 16-year-old daughter, stating, “It’s amazing seeing them kind of come together,” adding they were “an extended modern family.”
Lisa Hochstein once revealed she still wears Lenny Hochstein’s wedding ring
When attending Bravo Fan Fest in November 2024, nearly one year after Lisa confirmed her and Jody’s relationship to ET, Lisa shocked fans when admitting she still wears Lenny’s wedding ring, albeit on her middle finger.

“I think it’s pretty, and I don’t want it to sit in the safe. It could get stolen. So I think it’s better here,” she told People. “Yeah, I think it’s appropriate.”
She hoped to one day hand it down to the younger of her and Lenny’s two children, Elle. It didn’t hurt, Lisa so demonstrated, that she could flip the bird with the enormous diamond on her finger, even if Jody “[doesn’t] like her wearing it.”
Continued Lisa, “But it doesn’t even mean anything to me. Who cares? It’s a nice piece of jewelry.”
Lisa and Lenny Hochstein continue to navigate co-parenting
When it comes to co-parenting Logan and Elle, the parents put their children first, even when things aren’t going so smoothly, Lisa exclusively told The Daily Dish.

“Look, we’re just trying to coexist,” she said. “He’s not the easiest guy to deal with, but I’m trying to do my best for my kids because it’s all about them.”
Still, Lisa contended, “It would just be better for everybody” if she and her ex could be friends, as she shared on the Two Ts in a Pod podcast. However, she stated, “I don’t know if we will ever be friends … My goal is to just be a good co-parent with him because ultimately, that’s all I care about: the kids and their well-being.”
