“That’s a very interesting question,” Lisa remarked. “Will she take it over? That’d be up to her.”
Referring to Pandora’s two sons, Teddy and Greyson, with husband Jason Sabo, the Vanderpump Rules boss added, “I mean, she’s got little ones right now, but she works really hard and she’s very good at what she does.”
Lisa continued, “She has her social media company, but she’s very, very organized, and I don’t know any brain that works similarly to mine. She’s like the refined version of mine. She’s more disciplined.”

During the third and final part of Vanderpump Rules: Lisa Las Vegas, Lisa discussed her working relationship with Pandora, joking in a confessional, “I always say, you know, if you want somebody brilliant who works for you, pull them out of your own vagina.”
The evening before The Vanderpump Hotel’s grand opening, Lisa hosted a family dinner, during which she took the opportunity to tearfully sing Pandora’s praises to the group, which included her daughter’s husband and in-laws, once again.
“There’s somebody in our family that never really takes any credit, doesn’t want to be front and center, and does so much work,” Lisa gushed, referring, of course, to her only daughter. “Also, while having the two babies. You know, that’s a lot.”

In a confessional, she added, “I’m really proud of Pandora, not just as a mother, but as a businesswoman to another businesswoman, she really goes that extra mile and she uses her brain and doesn’t care how hard she works.”
Pandora, for her part, joked at the family dinner, “I haven’t dropped the ball. I think we’ll find out when 188 guests come and check in tomorrow.”
Pandora Vanderpump reflects on The Vanderpump Hotel’s grand opening
The Las Vegas hotel’s lavish grand opening party that viewers saw play out in the three-part limited series’ finale was filmed back in June 2026. At the time, Pandora shared a family photo with her husband and two sons on the red carpet via Instagram, before going on to reflect on the “magical” evening and all the hard work involved in launching her mom’s latest business venture, in a separate post.
“So much has gone into this project and seeing it culminate in something so spectacular took my breath away,” Pandora captioned her June 15 post, in part. “Most importantly, I am so proud of you [Lisa Vanderpump] and, as always, am in awe of you and everything you do. Seeing your signature light up the Las Vegas skies, with thousands of people cheering and celebrating you, was the cherry on top of an epic evening. We definitely did Misbehave Accordingly, and [the Vanderpump Hotel] is officially OPEN!!!”

In a third IG caption, Pandora wrote, “Forever watching this one in awe and amazement, cheering her on! [Lisa Vanderpump] you are just damn incredible. I love you.”
Returning the love in the comments section, LVP replied, “Right back at you [Pandora]! I love you!”
