Luke Broderick is sharing new details about his timeline for moving out of California with his fianceé, Kristen Doute, and their daughter, Kaia Lily Broderick. The Valley cast member has been open about his desire to live somewhere other than Los Angeles, and might be getting his wish sometime in the near future.

Kristen and Luke currently live in a rental house in North Hollywood (as seen in the video above), but have talked about moving somewhere else. “I mean, in the future, 100 percent,” the Colorado native told BravoTV.com. “We will be moving. To where and when, that’s up in the air.”
Until they decide where they will be moving, the family of three will be staying put in their home for now. “We’ll do another year in the same house,” he confirmed. “We’ve actually invested a lot of money into this rental house. Beyond rent, to make it feel like home.”
“So we’ve got at least one more year in this house,” he added.

But Kristen and Luke are very happy in their current space, where they live with their dog, Gibson. “We do not own this house, but we love it,” Kristen told BravoTV.com as she showed off their place, which can be seen on The Valley Season 3.
Although they love the living space and the spacious backyard, which has a pool, Kristen’s “favorite” room inside their home is Kaia’s nursery. “It is the most peaceful, the most serene,” she explained, showing off the neutral tones and relaxing interior. “Wallpaper mural, little mariposas everywhere. And it just screams ethereal and loving and peaceful and serene. Right, sissy?”
But Kristen admitted that Kaia has already taken over their primary bedroom. “This is where Kaia will sleep until she’s 18,” she joked.

Kristen Doute shares an update on Luke Broderick’s property in Colorado
Kristen had previously spoken to BravoTV.com in March, where she shared a major update on Luke’s property in Colorado, where he has a home and several acres of land. “Luke also has a house in Colorado. He owns 70 acres of land in Colorado,” she stated.
“And so the house doubled in size,” she added. “So we’re excited for that house to be finished and to be able to spend more time out there.”
