Lydia has been keeping busy working, raising her three kids, and renovating her Orange County “forever home.” Lydia took to Instagram on Nov. 4 where she revealed that she had painted the outside of her “super beige” OC home in a bright white color with black trim to match the inside of her home, which is more “modern and French.”Â
“Never knew painting our home would give it a whole new personality,” she captioned the video.

Yes, Lydia is still married to her husband, Doug McLaughlin, who is the editor-in-chief and founder of Nobleman Magazine.Â
The couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary on April 30, 2026. “20 years married to the love of my life,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “I prayed and prayed for you. You always put us first. We are living out our dreams. You are the best thing to ever happen to me. So much to celebrate.”
Doug also celebrated their marriage on April 30, taking to his own Instagram account to show his appreciation for his wife of two decades. “Twenty years of marriage and countless memories later, I’m still grateful for the day God brought Lydia into my life,” he wrote. “Can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!”

Lydia is still close to RHOC alum Lizzie Rosvek, who can often be seen in the comments of her Instagram posts. “Happy anniversary!!! I love you guys! Lydia took to Instagram in August where she revealed that her late mom, Judy Stirling, had purchased her oldest son a plot of land in Scotland prior to her passing, resulting in them taking a big family trip this year. “It was one of those Instagram ads that said if you own Scottish land, you’re a Lord. Naturally, we decided we had to take a trip to see Lord Stirling’s land,” she wrote in the caption of the post. “What started as a funny gift from my mom turned into a trip I’ll treasure forever.” Prior to that, Lydia revealed on Instagram that they had taken their three sons to Italy with them earlier that month.Â
