NAVARRE, Fla. (TCN) —Â A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with indecent exposure and disorderly intoxication at a public place after allegedly exposing his buttocks and anus to a teenage employee.
At about 10:30 p.m. on April 14, Governor Maurer and several other young men entered a Culver’s restaurant, WEAR reports. They appeared to be intoxicated and were being unruly, according to a manager. The group reportedly climbed on the seats in their booth and the manager told them they would be asked to leave if their behavior continued.
Following this warning, two of the young men, including Maurer, allegedly went up to the counter and started to make animal noises. Maurer allegedly climbed on the counter and pulled his shorts down, exposing his buttocks and anus to a 16-year-old female employee. He was approximately 3 feet from her at the time, according to the manager.
Video surveillance footage viewed by the police corroborated the manager’s statements, according to WEAR. An arrest report obtained by the outlet states that the victim was upset and said she wanted to press charges.Â
Maurer was arrested and charged, and later released on $2,000 bond, according to WEAR.
