Police said they tracked Hernandez’s vehicle to a home in Mesquite, Texas, where he was taken into custody.
Jeremy Ramos, the brother of Carlos Ramos, told KXAS that Carlos Ramos had just moved back to Texas from New Jersey about two weeks before his death. He said his brother left behind a teenage son.
