Megan Carlisle school district employee allegedly contacted student on Snapchat
On May 3, the Northwest Regional Police Department received a report against Megan Carlisle, alleging that she engaged in sexual activity with a 15-year-old student. During the investigation, police reviewed several students’ cellphones, which showed multiple nude photographs and a video of Carlisle engaged in sexual activity alone. Carlisle worked as an in-school suspension (ISS) monitor.
Police interviewed the 15-year-old victim, who reportedly said Carlisle had “touched and caressed his genital area during several school periods while he was in the ISS classroom” on Friday, April 28.

According to police, Carlisle allegedly contacted the 15-year-old victim via Snapchat after school hours and texted him about sexual contact and activity. She reportedly sent explicit photos and video to him, as well as his 16-year-old friend. The photos and video were reportedly shared with other Elizabethtown School students and an unknown number.
On the evening of Friday, April 28, Carlisle allegedly had sexual contact with the 15-year-old victim in her vehicle in a parking lot on the 400 block of Rockwood Drive.

According to an affidavit of probable cause obtained by WPMT-TV, the 15-year-old victim requested money for food, and Carlisle sent $20 through Cash App. The next day, the 15-year-old victim texted Carlisle again asking for vape pens, and she allegedly bought four vape pods for him.
On Thursday, May 25, officials arrested Carlisle on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, statutory sexual assault, institutional sexual assault, and dissemination of sexual materials to minors. She was booked into the Lancaster County Prison.
The school district told WPMT that Carlisle is no longer employed by the school, and the district is cooperating with local law enforcement on the investigation.
