New York, New York – Megan Thee Stallion finally broke her silence on her split from Klay Thompson after dating for less than a year.

The Houston hottie gave a candid interview with InStyle this week, where she reflected on her breakup with the Miami Heat player in April.
Megan shared, “It was very rough. What’s meant for you is always going to work out. And if something is constantly making you feel uncomfortable, just on edge all the time, you probably are not supposed to be there.”
She continued, “God will always make you uncomfortable when something is not meant for you.”

The Hiss hitmaker admitted that she “kept trying to make pieces fit that didn’t belong” and was trying to “fit myself into someone else’s life.”
Megan expressed, “I was losing myself a little bit. I am now in the space of finding me again.”
But the Savage rapper isn’t given up on love, as she also listed her three musts for her next relationship.
“Trust, fidelity, and respect are nonnegotiable for me in a relationship, and when those values are compromised, there’s no real path forward,” she dished.
Megan’s rules aren’t unreasonable, as she did accuse Klay of cheating, which she maintains is what led to the end of their relationship.
The Mamushi artist further noted that she won’t tolerate “disrespect,” adding, “I cannot not go to work. I’m going to be Megan Thee Stallion. You will not disrespect me. And you will be thankful. Period.” Okay, Ms. Stallion!
