Gino Gorga just attended his senior prom and is one step closer to graduating high school! The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Melissa Gorga and Joe Gorga’s oldest son is growing up, and Melissa’s photos from the milestone event are proof of that.
Melissa took to her Instagram Story earlier this week, where she shared photos from Gino’s pre-prom celebration that she held at her Franklin Lakes home with his prom date and friends. The mom of three posted a photo of the party decorations, including a light-up marquee and balloons in the colors of Gino’s school. She also revealed that she had a candy cart come to the party, where she and Gino posed in front while holding some delicious-looking snacks. Joe later got in on the fun, posing with Melissa, Gino, and his date.
Gino further posed with a friend, pretending to have a “wrestle off” in front of Melissa and Joe’s pool. And he didn’t let his oldest sister, Antonia Gorga, feel left out, posing for a mirror picture with her ahead of his big night at prom. “Gino’s prom day!!!!” she wrote over the selfie.
Melissa Gorga reveals what’s next for Gino Gorga as he graduates high school
It’s only a matter of time before Gino graduates high school and leaves Melissa and Joe as almost empty-nesters. But, according to Melissa, Gino is carving his own path in life. She caught up with The Daily Dish at BravoCon 2025, where she admitted that she was unsure if college was in the cards for her oldest son. “We’re thinking about it. We’re not sure yet,” she said.
“Gino is kind of an entrepreneur kind of guy,” she noted. “To be continued.”

Melissa Gorga shares the “lesson” she and her husband, Joe Gorga, teach their sons
But while Gino and his little brother, Joey Gorga Jr., live in Melissa and Joe’s home, they are learning the importance of hard work. Melissa took to Instagram on May 3, where she posted a video of Joe doing yard work while Gino and Joey Jr. pushed around wheelbarrows, helping their dad out.
She then took to the caption of the post, where she opened up about why her sons were doing yard work. “Sunday morning. Joe’s a landscaper at heart…always teach your boys to be men,” she wrote. “The lesson of hard work…they were out late last night, but we still got them up at 7 AM to help in the yard.”
