Meredith spoke with Bravo Insider backstage at the official photoshoot for RHOSLC Season 7 where she admitted that she had gotten a facelift between RHOSLC Season 6 and Season 7. “I’m happy, I love it,” she said. “Maybe fans will be more surprised that I’m honest about it. That’s probably the bigger surprise.”
“I feel good about it and I’m proud of it,” she added. “I’m not trying to keep it a secret. I think it’s empowering to take control over what you want in life.”

Who did Meredith Marks’ facelift?
Meredith told Bravo Insider that Dr. Garo Kassabian did her facelift in Beverly Hills. He was recommended to her by The Real Housewives of Dubai‘s Caroline Stanbury. “Caroline knew, because I told her, but other people didn’t know. It was wild,” she said.

Why did Meredith Marks get a facelift?
Meredith penned an essay for Marie Claire on Sept. 23 where she opened up about her decision to get the facelift. “I got to the point last year where everything on my face felt heavy — I wanted to lighten and brighten,” she wrote. “I was itching to look like a more refreshed version of myself. I feel so great. I feel very young. I’m healthy. I wanted my face to match how I felt. I ended up having a facelift with Dr. Kassabian in February. Honestly, I never had any intention of hiding it. It’s actually funny how little I was hiding it.”
“At the end of the day, I did it for me, and I’m thrilled with my decision,” she continued. “I literally squeezed the facelift into the middle of my tour, and the surgery was only four weeks before filming the season. I didn’t want to look like a different person. I just wanted to look refreshed, and I feel like I do. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’m really happy with the outcome, and my recovery was so easy.”
How did Meredith Marks’ RHOSLC castmates react to her facelift?
Meredith’s castmates were shocked to learn about her procedure on RHOSLC Season 7, Episode 2. Bronwyn Newport declared, “She looks like she’s 15!” and Angie Katsanevas said, “I love the results. I want his card.”Â
Whitney Rose, meanwhile, speculated that might not be the only change Meredith has made recently. “When I saw Meredith at Angie’s house, I could tell something was different,” she said in a confessional. “I just couldn’t tell if it was her face or her hair. But I love that Meredith is telling us that she got a facelift and is wearing a wig. Like, that is badass.”Â
When a producer interjected to correct Whitney that Meredith had not mentioned wearing a wig, Whitney gave a sheepish smile and said, “Oh, okay.”Â
