COLUMBIA, Mo. (TCN) —Â A 41-year-old man has been charged with first-degree sexual misconduct after police allege he danced naked in the vestibule of an Aldi supermarket.
According to a probable cause statement obtained by KMIZ, police were called to the supermarket with a report of a naked dancing man. Witnesses shopping in the store at the time said there were multiple children present.
Surveillance video obtained by police allegedly showed Sidney Jones pulling up to the store and removing his clothes after getting out of a vehicle, KMIZ reports. He then allegedly danced naked inside and outside the store before retrieving his clothes from the store’s vestibule.Â
Jones is being held without bond following his initial court appearance on April 20, per KMIZ. He has been banned from visiting all Aldi locations.Â
