Los Angeles, California – Presley Gerber‘s recent girlfriend, Charlie Manley, paid tribute to the late model nearly two weeks after his tragic death.
On Tuesday, Charlie reflected on the couple’s time together in an Instagram post.
She captioned the carousel of images, “To the most incredible and inspirational human I’ve ever known. My special one. I feel endlessly lucky to have loved and been loved by you in your final months here.”
Charlie added, “What we shared is something I will carry with me for the rest of my life. A true angel. Your beautiful heart and soul will live on with me, forever and always.”

The photo dump included a selfie of the pair snuggling together in hoodies, along with another shot of them in swimwear while enjoying the ocean.
She also shared a solo pic of Presley in a hot tub and the late model’s handwritten love letter to Charlie.
