During her rookie season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Rachel Zoe navigated a painful divorce from her longtime husband, Rodger Berman. But in Part 3 of the Season 15 reunion, the Bravo vet shared a lighter update on her romantic life: She is fully embracing being single, and has been enjoying some fun dates in the process.
“I’ve been dating younger guys,” she shared with the group, before clarifying, “Not like in their 20s—but younger guys.” Since the topic of Bozoma Saint John trying for a baby with her fiancé Keely Watson, had just come up, Rachel added of her own suitors, “I never thought about what if they actually want a child.”
Kathy Hilton asked her, “What are you going to do then?”
The mom to sons Skyler and Kaius answered with a laugh, “Well, not right now.”
Elsewhere in the episode, the Housewives revealed what they’re manifesting for the future. Rachel’s intended to “keep laughing my way through life” and find “a guy that makes me laugh and that I want to make out with.”
Rachel Zoe shares her thoughts on dating younger men
Rachel filed for divorce from her husband of over 25 years in July 2025, and since then, she’s rejoined the dating scene as a newly single woman, including attending a matchmaking party on RHOBH’s Dec. 18 episode.
The Rachel Zoe Project alum created a buzz in January 2026 when she hit the red carpet for Paris Hilton’s Infinite Icon: a Visual Memoir film while holding hands with a new, younger man. But she later clarified he was only “a friend” during a Feb. 10 appearance on TODAY with Jenna & Sheinelle.
“What happened was, he had just traveled in,” Rachel said of her appearance with Sascha Haert, a relationship coach. “We went to Paris’ premiere…I was told it was going to be intimate, a smaller thing, and [we] got out of the car and literally walked, and there was a red carpet that looked like the Vanity Fair party. I was like, ‘Oh my god.’ I was doing the carpet, and everyone started screaming.”
Later in March, she shared more about her dating philosophy with Interview magazine. “I’m definitely spending time with guys who are younger,” the style icon shared. As for her current type? “It’s mostly creative, energetic, deep-souled people that I connect to.”

Rachel doesn’t feel as much pressure to date seriously, and said it’s “really fun” that way. “I don’t ‘need a man’ for traditional reasons,” she told the outlet. “I’m financially independent. I’m socially independent. I have my kids. So for me, it’s like, ‘Let’s enjoy life.’”
Still, she’d settle down if the right person came along. “I would get married again if I fell in love with someone and it meant a lot to them,” she said.
Where Rachel Zoe’s divorce from Rodger Berman stands now
As of February 2026, her divorce from Rodger is not yet finalized. “It will be soon,” she shared during her Feb. 12 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. She also said that her relationship with Rodger was amicable: “Ultimately, we want what’s best for the kids.”
Rachel detailed the sticking points in her divorce filings during RHOBH‘s Jan. 29 episode. “I do not have a prenup with my ex,” she revealed to a producer. “I don’t want to give spousal support, and I don’t want to get spousal support. I feel that this is a new beginning, and if we are separating and living separate lives with separate people, I don’t see why I should be paying for that, or he should be paying for mine.”

“There [are] a lot of reasons that our relationship was strained,” Rachel shared in the RHOBH Dec. 4 episode. “In hindsight, if I had to say a great regret — greatest regret — would probably be working together.” (Bravo viewers saw Rachel and Rodger’s personal and professional relationship play out on The Rachel Zoe Project, which ran for five seasons from 2008 to 2013. The two worked closely together on her Rachel Zoe brand and on the board of Rachel Zoe Ventures.)
Still, Rachel doesn’t regret her choice to share a life with Rodger. “We were married for 26 years, and I can’t have any regrets because we had a great love story,” she told Interview magazine.
