Orlesky and her father would discuss NFL games on Sunday mornings when she was a student at SFU. Her father contacted her while holding the phone in front of his TV as the sportscaster missed numerous Packers games while in the West.

Orlesky heard the replay of the game as a result. Her father had previously accompanied her to a Jets game and regularly follows all of her broadcasts from home.
