The milestone The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 20 reunion trailer includes a jaw-dropping confession involving a blast from the past.
The newly released sneak peek for the supersized two-part reunion, which you can check out above, kicks off with host Andy Cohen taking the RHOC cast — including Vicki Gunvalson, Shannon Storms Beador, Heather Dubrow, Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson, Jennifer Pedranti, and Carmella Garcia — back to “the place where it all began, Vicki’s backyard grotto” in Coto de Caza.
After Vicki is wheeled onto the reunion set that she inspired, due to a recent knee surgery, Andy addresses how she previously expressed regret over her divorce from Donn Gunvalson, asking what she would say if her ex-husband asked her “to get back together.”
“The answer would be, ‘We have a lot to talk about,'” Vicki reveals, eliciting shocked reactions from Shannon, Heather, and Gina, who chimes in, “So, you’re saying there’s a chance?”
More drama to come on the two-part RHOC Season 20 reunion
Meanwhile, Vicki has more drama to address with her RHOC castmates, including Carmella and Heather, in the reunion trailer. Though newbie Carmella insists, “Never once was I not honest,” Vicki still maintains, “I never said anything about her being a bad mother.”
That prompts Heather to enter the chat, telling the OG of the OC that “no one on the couches agrees” with her. In response, Vicki mocks Heather, adding some exaggerated hand gestures.
Separately, Heather vents that everyone wants her “to trip, to burp, to fart,” and Gina fires back, “You took a shot at my engagement ring!” Heather replies, “Because it probably takes someone secure to be my friend, and maybe that’s not you.”

Though it’s unclear exactly to whom she is referring, Heather, later, points to Tamra and Jenn, claiming, “You want her to go down, and you want me to do it.” Her remark follows an earlier clash involving Tamra, Shannon, and Jenn.
After Tamra declares, “You guys are f–king crazy,” Shannon appears to clap back, “Don’t tell me not to be dramatic!” Jenn, for her part, says Tamra knows “the truth” about something. Though you’ll have to tune in for details on what Jenn is referring to, Shannon appears bewildered, and Tamra emphatically responds, “I did not!”
Other moments teased in the trailer include Emily tearfully opening up about having “to mourn what I thought having kids was gonna be like,” as well as Carmella shedding new light on her split from boyfriend Danny Hampel.
