Salley Carson is sharing some major updates on her very flirty friendship with Austen Kroll. The Southern Charm-er is currently seeing a man who she refers to as “Ghost,” but she is still close friends with Austen.
Salley took to her podcast that she co-hosts with The Valley‘s Lala Kent, Sex Unlocked, where she shared what’s really happening between her and Austen. “Nothing’s going on sexually between me and Austen,” she said during the episode. But she said that things are still complicated between them as they’ve experienced ups and downs that have led them to analyze their dynamic.
Salley even admitted during the podcast episode that her friendship with Austen has caused problems with men she’s dated in the past. “We haven’t kissed or done anything, but he was like, ‘We’re getting back to where that guy that you liked didn’t want to date you because of how close we were,'” she said. “There has been guys in my life that are like, ‘You and Austen are too close. I can’t handle that.'”

From there, Salley went on to share her prediction about her future with Austen. “And so me and Austen wouldn’t hang out one-on-one. But we’ve gotten so close in our friendship again, to where we’re hanging out one-on-one again. But nothing happens,” she said. “I don’t know. I mean, nothing’s going to happen with me and Austen anytime soon. Or maybe not at all. I just love having him in my life as a friend.”

In an Instagram Q&A, she was asked about her current status with Kyle, with a fan asking if it was “love,” “fun,” or something more casual. “Can 3 things be true at the same time?” she asked in the reply at the time.
