Larsa Pippen’s romance with new boyfriend Jeff Coby may still be in the early stages, but The Real Housewives of Miami cast member is already thinking about long-term relationship plans.
During The Real Housewives of Miami After Show for Season 7, Episode 10, Larsa opened up about the possibility of her and Jeff getting engaged, prompting castmate Stephanie Shojaee to ask them both some hard-hitting questions in the above clip.
Noting 31-year-old Jeff’s “young” age, Stephanie asked Larsa if her new man wanted to have his own biological children. That’s when the mom of four revealed that Jeff “wants to have a baby for sure” — and she’s open to the idea.
“I would definitely have one more baby,” Larsa responded, noting that she has about 11Â eggs still frozen. “I love kids and I love my kids. I feel like my kids are my best friends. I really enjoy being a mom. I just don’t think I want to carry [a baby].”

When a message about rug cleaners arriving at Larsa’s new home prompted her to call Jeff mid-interview, Stephanie — who had already refused her good friend’s request to act as her surrogate — hopped on the phone to get to the bottom of the former pro athlete’s thought process, too.
“Is having kids with Larsa a dealbreaker?” she asked Jeff, and after his long pause, continued, “You’re taking too long to decide, buddy. Is it a dealbreaker?”
Jeff’s response? “It’s not a dealbreaker … But I do want kids.”
After more prodding from Stephanie, he did confirm, however, that he would be OK with Larsa using a surrogate.
Larsa Pippen further speculates about having more kids with boyfriend Jeff Coby
After taking back her phone from Stephanie, Larsa told Jeff, “I’m down for a baby. I feel like that would be fun.” She also asked if he was “gonna get up in the middle of the night to change diapers, though,” to which he replied in the affirmative, with a laugh.
As Stephanie — who previously declared on RHOM that “Birkins and boogers don’t go together” — pointed out afterward, Larsa “got mad” when her dog pooped on the carpet, reminding her of the messes that kids often create.
However, Larsa defended herself by saying, “I feel like you put in a lot of work in your kids when they’re younger and then, guess what? They’re self-sufficient. Your dogs are never self-sufficient.”
Further describing motherhood as “the best feeling in the world,” Larsa told Stephanie, “That’s why I think we should do it together.”

Larsa Pippen reveals why she’s not hesitant to get engaged to Jeff Coby
In case you needed more proof that Larsa and Stephanie are super close, consider the fact Stephanie kept secret that Larsa had sent her photos of engagement rings she and Jeff were perusing during a recent trip to New York City. From there, on the RHOM After Show, Stephanie advised her against moving too quickly toward actually tying the knot, especially considering Larsa and Jeff only began dating in early 2025.
Larsa, for her part, referenced her own parents marrying within a week of meeting each other, along with the fact she and ex-husband Scottie Pippen met, got engaged, and started wedding planning all within three months.
“So, for me, I feel like when you know, you kind of know,” Larsa explained. “I’m really good at setting my goals, my expectations for a relationship, early on. I’m not the kind of girl you’ll date for, like, seven years to figure out if you want to marry me. Like, I’m like, ‘Listen, this is what it is. Do you like it or do you not like it?'”
Larsa Pippen and Jeff Coby hint at their possible engagement
During a recent interview with The Daily Dish, Larsa spilled that she’s still unsure of the style of engagement ring she’d like Jeff to propose with, but offered that she’s envisioning “a brilliant cut.”
Larsa’s much clearer on her marriage views as a whole, though.
“I love the institution of marriage. I was married for a long time. My parents are married; my siblings are married,” she added. “I just like the idea of having someone that’s a built-in best friend, partner, trainer. You know, just someone that’s always there for you.”
Jeff, for his part, has also made no secret of how serious he is about Larsa, who admitted to People in July that she’d been “giving him little hints” about which shaped stones she prefers.
Back in May, Jeff joked to TMZ that he and Larsa are “getting married in November 2025,” predicting that theirs was “going to be a beautiful marriage.”
He struck a more serious tone about Larsa on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in late June, sharing, “She’s just one of the best humans I’ve ever met in my life. … And she’s so sweet, intelligent, caring — what’s there not to love about her?”
