Steve McBee Sr. is sharing a look inside his life at home today following his return from prison. The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys patriarch finished serving his sentence in Yankton, South Dakota in mid-September, and has been spending so much time with his family on their farm in Missouri.
Steve Sr. took to his Instagram account on Sunday, Oct. 25, where he revealed that his oldest grandchild, Blair Collins McBee, was helping him “grill steaks under the full moon,” before he served up “filets, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese, corn on the cob, and Caesar salad.” Steve Sr. later took to Instagram on Monday, Oct. 26, where he revealed that he had the family over for dinner, while his second oldest son, Jesse McBee, watched his 1-year-old daughter, Summer Leigh McBee, and Blair. In the video, Jesse can be seen sitting on the floor and playing with the toddlers, who danced around the living room while Steve Sr. narrated the happenings in the video.
“Jesse’s in here, he’s the official babysitter,” Steve Sr. said. “Jesse is babysitting while the ‘mostly adults’ eat dinner lol,” he wrote over the video.

But when the family members aren’t gathering together, they’re busy working on the farm. After it was revealed during The McBee Dynasty Season 3 that the brothers would be pursuing raising mini Highland cows, they’ve been sharing updates on this venture on Instagram.Â
Steve Sr.’s second youngest son Cole McBee and his wife, Kacie Adkison, took to their account on Monday, Oct. 26, where they revealed that three highland cows were born within three days on the farm. Blair got in on the fun, visiting the cows while Cole and Kacie tended to them. “We’re dropping minis like flies!” Steven Sr. wrote over his Instagram Story.

Steven has also been keeping close to the farm, where he’s been helping with the care of the chickens and cleaning out their enclosure. “Farm life, right? Gotta love it,” he said in a video posted to Instagram.

Steve Sr. has come a long way since September, when he was experiencing so many firsts after returning home from prison. He took to his Instagram account on Sept. 16, five days after returning home, where he revealed that he was babysitting Blair at his home for the first time, while his dog Gunner ran by his feet. “Look who papa gets to watch solo!” he said in the video. “Alright, we get to go out and play now.”
But Blair didn’t go easy on her papa during his first time watching her. “If you’re keeping score…Papa-0 vs Blair Bear-1,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “She won lol. I’m whipped…didn’t sit down one minute for four hours…Good thing I was in shape from walking laps around the track. Best 4 hours I’ve had in a long time…So blessed. God is so good.”
