Steven McBee Jr. takes his family by surprise when he decides to make his relationship with Allie Eklund official in a very public way during the above preview of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 3, Episode 3 (airing Monday, June 29 at 9/8c on Bravo).

Steven’s brothers, Cole McBee, Jesse McBee and Brayden McBee, are at a cattle auction with farmhand Jake Denton when Cole sees the news on social media.
“No way. Are you kidding me?” he exclaims, as Brayden chimes in, “No he didn’t.” Cole explains, “Look at this. Steven just hard-launched them.” He then reads off the Instagram post caption: “‘Never been so certain.'”
Steven posted the relationship status in question on Nov. 3, 2025 along with photos of himself and Allie. The last photo was a screenshot of a text he sent Allie, where he also declared he’d “never been so certain.”
“He did not put a text message on there,” Brayden comments in the above preview.
Cole admits he’s disappointed that Steven chose that particular moment to define his relationship with Allie. “He really had to stay at the farm, with her, so they could figure out how they’re going to hard-launch,” Cole complains to the others. “When he’s supposed to be up here, selling cows with the boys.”

During the above preview of McBee Dynasty’s June 29 episode, Steven and Allie discuss exactly how to post about their relationship on Instagram, starting with which photo to use.
“I feel like we’d pick the same one,” Allie points out, as Steven answers, “The Nashville one?”
The photo shows Allie sitting on Steven’s lap—both beaming for the camera—as they’re out and about in Nashville. “That one I just feel like captures us really well,” Allie adds.

Steven opens up about why he and Allie are choosing this moment to post. “My brothers have the cattle auction handled,” the head of the McBee Farm and Cattle Co. explains. “There is no need for me to be there. This is an opportunity for me to prioritize my relationship. Prioritizing what I’ve talked so much about doing over the last year.”
Steven and Allie then discuss an appropriate caption for the social media announcement. “I think LOML [love of my life] is probably too—would that be a little weird?” he questions. “Coming out strong out of the gate?”
As the two smile and laugh at each other, Steven adds, “I don’t want people to think that it’s too casual.”
That’s when he lands on the perfect phrase. “What if I just say, ‘Never been so certain,’” he suggests. “I mean, I think that lets people know how serious I am about it.”
Allie points out, “And you’ve sent me a text like that.” That’s when Steven comes up with the idea for the last photo in the post: “Should I screenshot that text and put it as the last photo?” Allie calls the idea “really sweet.”

Allie and Steven have been open on McBee Dynasty Season 3 about the beginning of their relationship, with Steven sharing the “shocker” that he’d “slid in her DMs multiple times” before they finally went on a date. But during the above preview, Allie shares her fears that they may be moving a bit too quickly.
“The beginning of most relationships are called the honeymoon phase for a reason,” she admits. “It is thrilling. It’s sexy. It’s fun.” But then she adds, “And I just really want to remember that there’s no rush.”

Steven and Allie shared their first kiss on McBee Dynasty Season 3, Episode 2, and Allie also met Steven’s expansive family for the first time. By the end of the June 23 episode, Steven even admitted he had wedding bells on his mind.
“I’m about ready for a wedding…I’m marrying this one. I told her from day one,” he declares to Kacie Adkison and Alli McBee.
