Summer House is all about friends enjoying a share house together in the Hamptons in the summer, with cameras always rolling throughout the weekend to capture all the fun, laughter, and yes, occasional drama. But unsurprisingly, with such a unique filming setup, fans have many questions about how it all comes together. So, we gave Bravo Insiders the opportunity to ask production themselves! Insiders voted on what question they most wanted answered by production, and the winner is …. “Is the cast responsible for stocking the kitchen, or does production play a role/pitch in?”
Here’s what a Summer House producer then told us about the share house groceries.
“The answer is that the cast is 100% responsible for stocking the fridge and pantry. Food at the house works like a real share house. Some or all of the cast are in communication during the week to coordinate groceries and deliveries… and people are welcome to bring their own food too.”
